Our builder breeds Thoroughbred horses. Apparently he does pretty well in it, or has in the past. He was lead owner of horses who won races at our local track Remington Park in 2003 & 2004.

Our builder also has thousands of acres of wheat and grass hay...so there's never a shortage of that laying around...
Besides the horses, I also get to see this. Breathtaking.
