OK girls, this week's results...the False statement was the last one, which was "I've never had surgery". That is indeed FALSE; I had my tonsils out at 4 and had two exploratory surgeries for my infertility in 1995. Those two of you who picked that, chose right...the rest of you...better luck next time! The rest were true statements; I did not learn to swim until the age of 25. We were stationed in Florida, and had a pool at our apartment. Carl promised me, if I'd learn to swim, he'd learn to line-dance (which was big at the time); needless to say, I held up my end of the deal. I could survive if I needed to, but I still don't swim all that great. It is TRUE that I have only flown on an airplane twice; the first time in 1990 before the 1st Gulf War. A friend and I had the chance to fly to California and spend Christmas weekend with Carl and her fiancee', before they left for Desert Storm. The second time was to Miami to depart on a cruise for our honeymoon in 1992 and the third time was last summer to Disney World. We drive when we can. It is true that I did not date until the age of 18, even group dating; my first date was Carl and I married him 5 years later. It is TRUE that I lived next door to a Burger King...in 1995/1996 we briefly lived on Newport Beach in a condo. It was right on the strip...our our courtyard area, open the gait and right out onto the sidewalk in the middle of all the going's on. There was a Burger King on the right of us; and a donut shop on the other side. Thankfully, my metabolism was up to par then, plus we were rollerblading, and biking on the boardwalk daily. Most of you thought that it was false that I couldn't swim until age 25 and that I lived next to a Burger King. So there you have it! Better luck next week!

Our neighbor Cindy behind us is sharing the tomatoes. She bought half the plants, and we bought half. We take time about watering. Some are sandwich tomoatoes, some for salsa, and some for salads..different types. He's obsessed with them. Take a look at the "Picture a Day in May" post from yesterday to see him running the ducks out.
