Another Reason I love TARGET

As much as I complain about Target not supporting the military & not to mention that they forbid salvation army bell ringers at Christmas, I do love that store. I love the smell of it...I love the Dollar Spot...I love the foamy soap in the bathrooms...my favorite thing about Target lately is their pharmacy...Walgreen's and CVS fans...listen up! They have these cool prescription bottles...love the red, love the shape, and what I love the most is that each family member gets their own color rubber ring around the neck of the bottle...for instance, Hannah and I both take Singulair, but her color is purple and mine is orange, so I never grab her bottle. All her prescriptions have purple around them and all mine are orange...and the best thing, is when you call in a refill and get a new bottle...you guessed it...my heart is racing! YOU GET TO KEEP THE COOL RED BOTTLE WITH THE RUBBER RING! Yes, I have a bag of those too, and what on earth can you do with those rubber rings? Any ideas? I thought maybe I could put embellishments of some sort in the red bottles, but I'd have to scrub off the labels.

With this week's battle with STREP, I got my first liquid medication for Hannah from Target and I was thrilled to see how they designed that bottle...see picture above, with that nifty little hole in the opening that you put the dropper in and suck out what you need...just turn the bottle upside down and no mess with measuring. LOVE IT! (I probably will throw this bottle away when I'm done with it in case you're wondering). So, if you have to get a prescription filled, why not Target? Their customer service FAR surpasses the Hag at CVS and the unfriendly people at Walgreens. 'Nuf said. (LOGO above was Target's original logo from it's creation in 1962) Cool huh? I wasn't even born yet.

Hannah has strep??! Olivia is over here and she was wondering where she was. Poor thing...in the summer of all times!

I LOVE Target too, love their meds...we get ours filled there for what they don't have on base (which is nearly everything we take). Oh and this is horrible of me, but them not allowing bell ringers is a perk for me. I know....shame shame.

I'm a Target lover, too! I get prescriptions filled at Walmart just because it is convenient here in the country but I like the cool bottles!

Olivia had the sniffles the night she spent the night, then the next day they were together all day, then that next day, Friday, Hannah got the headache, then Sat. a.m. the sore throat and to the doc. He said she was "very" positive. Olivia may be one of those carrier people, who just get the snots when exposed...Hannah is not one of those people!

Oh my gosh that is so neat that you can have different colors on your bottles! What a fantastic idea!
